The ending part of the rally was extremely breathtaking. After leg one Michal and Maciek, despite problem with differential, took fifth place one and had chance to fight for podium. The leader was Anton Alen from Finland (Grande Punto S2000). During the second day he retired because of engine problems leaving Bouffier alone on his way to victory. The fight for podium was really tough. The Vice-Champion title came to Tomasz Kuchar.
It was a really great rally. Much happened at the end. We finished worse than expected. Our performance seemed quite well but we did not manage to reach podium. Well...The whole season in the Polish Rally Championship was not good for us. We were not able to win any satisfactory result. But the competition this year was on a very high level. The fight with Bryan Bouffier was challenging for every Polish driver. The season has not been finished for us yet. We are to start in two events of European Rally Championship – in the ELPA Rally in Greece and Antibes Rally in France. We have theoretical chance for the Vice-Champions title so we will try to take advantage of it – Michal Solowow said.
Thus Bryan Bouffier won the Polish Rally Champion title - he colleceted 55 points. The second was Tomasz Kuchar - 32 points. The Cersanit Rally Team took sixth plaxe with 19 points. In Greece and France Michal and Maciek will start in Abarth Grande Punto S2000.
